Heiderand Mall – Mossel Bay is privileged to have won a Mongoose BMX bicycle worth R5000.00 from STAT Warehouse and we would like to pay it forward.

Nominate a child in need and you could win a R1000.00 Heiderand Mall Gift Card.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By nominating an individual, entrants agree to the terms and conditions set out below. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify a participant who does not comply with any of the terms and conditions of the campaign.
  2. The campaign is open to everyone except the following people: a) a director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to the promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter as well as a supplier of goods or services in connection with the campaign; or b) a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of a person contemplated in paragraph (a).
  3. Entrants must be South African citizens and the nominee must reside in the Garden Route to qualify for the entry.
  4. This campaign is being run for J.T.A. Properties (Pty) Limited.
  5. The campaign commences on 5 September 2023 and closes on 30 September 2023 at midnight. Late entries will be disqualified.
  6. The chosen nominee will receive: a Mongoose BMX bicycle worth R5000.00 and the nominator will receive: a R1000 Heiderand Mall gift Card.
  7. Entrants must nominate a child in need by writing a short description on the Heiderand Mall website (pop-up on the homepage).
  8. The chosen nominator and nominee will be informed telephonically on 3 October 2023.
  9. Heiderand Mall reserves the right to publish the chosen nominator and nominee’s story, as received by e-mail.
  10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The chosen nominator and nominee may be required to appear on television or radio, in print publications, or online sites to endorse, promote or advertise the goods or services J.T.A. Properties (Pty) Limited. However, participants/winners of the give-away shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request.
  12. By entering you authorise J.T.A. Properties (Pty) Limited to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes.
  13. The nominator and nominee will be expected to return to the mall for administration purposes by Centre Management.
  14. All risk pertaining to the passes to the chosen nominee on signing over and receipt thereof.
