Kids Club Photo Competition

Hey  Dolfie kids….. visit Heiderand Mall on Saturday, 22 July or Saturday, 29 July between 9a.m. and 2p.m. and have your photo taken in the Centre Court (Entrance 1) in front of Dis-Chem. Prizes to the value of R10 000 up for grabs.

Terms and Conditions:

1. _{This Competition is being run for J.T.A. Properties (PTY) Limited hereinafter the (“PROMOTER”).}
2. _{By entering into the Competition, entrants agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. The PROMOTER reserves the right to disqualify a participant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of the Competition.}
3. _{This competition is open to Dolfie Club Members between the age of 2 years – 12 years as entrants, except for minors of:}
4. _{a) a director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to the PROMOTER or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the PROMOTER as well as a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition; or}
5. _{b) a spouse, life partner, parent, business partner or associate of a person contemplated in paragraph (a). or}
6. _{c) Heiderand Mall tenants, staff, sponsors and/or their direct family members.}
7. _{Entrants must be duly assisted by a parent or legal guardian at all times.}
8. _{The competition will take place on 22 July 2023 & 29 July 2023 between 9a.m. and 2p.m. at Heiderand Mall (Centre Court).   The winners will be determined by independent judges and notified telephonically.  The winners will also be announced on the Heiderand Mall Facebook page on 4 August 2023.}
9. <sub>Steps to enter the competition: Participants needs to be a Dolfie Club member to be able to participate in the competition.  The guardian will have to complete the entry form and have their child’s picture taken by the photographer on said dates.
   7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of the competition or the Competition Rules at any time in the Promoter’s sole discretion and without any liability.
   8. Winners may be requested to appear on television or radio, in print publications, or online sites to endorse, promote or advertise the goods or services of the PROMOTER. However, participants/winners of the Competition shall at all times be entitled to decline the aforesaid request.</sub>
10. _{By entering this competition, you consent to the PROMOTER to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.}
11. _{All risk and liability pertaining to any prize shall pass to the winner on signing over and receipt thereof. By completing the entry form, winners indemnify the PROMOTER and its agents against any claim that may arise as a result of the Competition and/or prize awarded to any winner.}
12. _{The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.}
